The B.A.A.S. program aims to equip nontraditional students, working adults, or professionals to learn how to manage professional relationships in dynamic work environments through motivational strategies, conflict management, time management, and emotional intelligence.
This major requires an individualized plan of study based on each student’s past learning experiences and future career goals. B.A.A.S. students can reference common fields and subjects of interest to complete their bachelor's degree.
